I am trying to upgrade to windows 11 but I am having that say "Your organization manages updates on this PC". I tried doing these steps but none of them worked.

Hello,

Did you use a utility like O&O ShutUp10 to make changes on your Windows 10?
If not, do you have a restore point?

To check:

Display your Windows Explorer. When you see "This PC", right click, Property. Then click on System Protection, and then on System Restore.
Then, choose a recent and valid restore point
