I'm using Vivaldi currently as well after not using it for some time and it's the only browser that I think is consistent with the features they add, assuming you have all of the time to set it up to your preferences.
Vivaldi for me is not just a browser, it's a mini-OS; pdf reader, calendar, clock and timer alarm, sticky notes, and more.
If there's anybody who can integrate all of that it would have to be Vivaldi for sure.
They provide more innovations, and with innovations come the bugs, so I can excuse them for bugs.

Any software you use can have bugs which is why frequent updates are needed. As long as the developer offers frequent updates I see that as a non-issue. I would prioritize security updates over any updates to fix bugs with specific feature(s) as long as it doesn't break the entire program.

PROS over Ungoogled Chromium
Ungooled Chromium do not blocks ads, trackers, phishing websites, and other nonsense by default. The use of uBO in Ungoogled Chromium will negate this.
Helium anonymizes all internal requests to the Chrome Web Store via Helium services. Thanks to this, Google can't track your extension downloads or target ads using this data. No other browser does this.
On Windows, in-browser auto-updates are not available yet, but will become available in the future.

Helium enforces HTTPS on all websites and warns you when a website doesn't support it. Passkeys just work.

The reason I use browsers made by companies gaining money from selling my collected data to be able to properly maintain the "goose that lays golden eggs".As of now Helium for windows needs to iron out the issues. Helium has been released only for a few versions yet it has 38 issues

It's main advantage is speed, and may be a little bit more privacy, but it has no built-ind ad-blocker such as Brave, and lacks autoupdate.
