Only because I have used Ublock Origin. I was happy with that, but the Lite version...I don't know..

Compared to uBO Lite, Adguard MV3 offers a few more features and the ability to add other maintained filters... it's worth testing yourself

No Quick Fixes at the moment = no dynamic filter update. It's unclear how long it will take them to sort it out with the chrome store. From their commits I see that no rules have been added to the quick fix since the release of the latest version.

• Scriptlet rules are available only from the pre-built filters now.
  Now, of the script and scriptlet rules that are added to Custom filters, User rules or Quick fixes filter, only those already used in pre-built filters will work. This means that before applying such a rule, the extension engine will compare the rule body with the list of rules that have already been used in filters from all categories of pre-built filters, such as Ad Blocking, Privacy, etc. If there is a match, the engine will apply the rule, and if not, it will discard it. For example, let's imagine that the Base filter contains the rule example.com#%#console.log('test'), then the engine will accept rules like example.org#%#console.log('test') and #%#console.log('test'), but will discard example.com#%#console.log('new test').

Quick fixes are back, nice! I was worried that Google might prevent them from having the quick fixes filter back.

I was always skeptical about Adguard using all these gimmicky workarounds to MV3's limitations. The problems they keep encountering confirms this. Best bet is to use Firefox with µBO or Brave.

What happened to Custom filters and Quick Fixes filter

Chrome’s policies forced us to remove important features from the MV3 extension. We’re already working on solutions: you can find more details in this post.
