Why do a lot of Antiviruses Vendor's detect AdwCleaner- ToolsLib as Malware?
For example, Zemana AntiMalware Premium detect AdwCleaner- ToolsLib as Malware?

Just wondering?

They are false positives, ZAM may detect it because it will inherit the FP's of other vendors (because it is multi-engine) Furthermore it is not signed and very small (it may contain some characteristics of malware).
