As you know, I'm organizing a huge comparison of free and paid antivirus software this month.
So here's the topic.
You can suggest any free and paid antivirus software you'd like to see. I'll select 6 free and 6 paid antivirus for the videos.
For the final, the best free antivirus will face the best paid.
Deadline: December 19, 2024

Zonealarm is based of harmony but has very little options like very little they should actually add more customization to the guiI would love to see a Machine Learning AI edge solutions like Harmony vs DeepInstinct vs regualar home ESET, Kaspersky and Zone Alarm Next Gen Extreme set to max.
Yes I understand that Zone Alarm and Harmony should be identical...but are they?
It would be nice to test antiviruses from 3rd world countries.Other than Kaspersky, they will fail miserably.
For how many users on this forum would that be beneficial too? IMO, let's have Shadowra test the most popular and widely used AV's to make the most of his time, while being more informative for the majority of users here, no?It would be nice to test antiviruses from 3rd world countries.
ZoneAlarm is way more stable than Harmony. Not going in to details here.Zonealarm is based of harmony but has very little options like very little they should actually add more customization to the gui

Emsisoft
Escan
Webroot
Sophos home

Nano antivirus
Zillya antivirus
Net protector
Software with many users is tested every month. Software that does not participate in tests should be tested.

Paid: K7,Quickheal,Kaspersky
imo Harmony is far superior to ZA (fwiw). Harmony is system_slow compared to DeepInstinct, but Harmony may offer "deeper" protection then DeepInstinct(?) but I'm not sure about thatI would love to see a Machine Learning AI edge solutions like Harmony vs DeepInstinct vs regualar home ESET, Kaspersky and Zone Alarm Next Gen Extreme set to max.
