Yes, Weebarra, about geese: a few years ago I was traipsing thru a large park in Brooklyn NY, totally lost in thought, and when I came out of the fog, I was smack in the middle of a flock of Canadian geese...and it was gosling time. But we looked at each other and the only sound was my shoes crunching away in the grass. Birds can sense your kindness--I try hard not to scare them away when they're on the sidewalk. And the geese? A few months later, they were rounded up and euthanized for aggressiveness and befouling the grassy areas. Unforgivable but what can you do?

This marvelous place is Darjeeling, India. Out of this world.

That is awful, the geese could have been rounded up and relocated. Who makes these decisions ?

@show-Zi Babies of most species are overly endearing, I read somewhere that it is an evolutionary response to avoid early abandonment, absolutely adorable and a quality photo also
