It's simple: Avira acquired Bullguard (see: POELLATH advises Avira on acquisition of BullGuard | POELLATH) and then Norton acquired Avira (with Bullguard) (1-2 weeks later).

Better remove it from the AV market.

Things have changed with Avira, because it doesn't have HEUR/APC as a resident, you have to run it to get it to react...
