So I just chatted with Norton Support. I didn't save the chat details, but thought the conversation was interesting at least.
I asked to basically "Delete my Norton Account". I figured it would be an easy thing to do like Kaspersky allows you to do yourself on their website.
So, the chat agent told me "Due to US regulations, we cannot delete your account but can disable it".
Strange.
