Chrome On Demand Updater Blocked by NVT ERP

Funny, just now after reading the post about the new Chrome build, I ran a Chrome update to get the new version, but ERP was silent.

I would like to know what this part of the command line I get means:

settings=disallowFetchForDocWrittenScriptsInMainFrame=false,disallowFetchForDocWrittenScriptsInMainFrameOnSlowConnections=false

Not in paranoid mode, I mean the IP for the connection I allowed is Google and the hashes check out on the updater, but I do like to familiarize myself with app command lines to a degree and learn their purpose.
