For some subjects show only c: xxxxx and does not show the full path c: \ windows \ xxxxx

@Davidov Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to re-produce your reported issues. ;)
Do you think that I can use crystal security as main AV ?

@TheSuperGeek Thanks for the interest.

Yes you can use it as your main AV but I always recommend to use it with some other tool or at least I recommend to scan from time-to-time with other on-demand scanner to be sure that PC is clean. :)

@CySecy825 I'll see if I can locate the source of the issue and hopefully fix reported crashes soon. ;)
You COULD do but it is a companion security product, due to its amazing detection a simple AV will do if you use Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 use 'Windows Defender', on other versions of Windows (Windows 7 or older) use 'Microsoft Security Essentials' :)

@Tornado Thanks for the reply. :)
So, basically, every time an exe runs on the background, Crystal Security will scan it and let you know if that process is malicious?

@Morvotron Yes - created, modified and launched files.

Kardo

Fixed bug in Checkup :what news ?

@CySecy825 There was a bug in Checkup that caused crashes on some systems.
I think Gustom Check Should be too (Folder scan)

Thanks for your suggestion. :)

Currently it is also possible to make folder scan by modifying Checkup settings but it is a little bit hard for novice users.

Kardo

Hi @blueblackwow65,

Thanks for the interest. :)
Is it ok to check off trust apps with digital signatures?

Yes. It is also disabled by default because there are also malware with digital signature.
Also what items can be unchecked to lower the cpu and memory processes?

You can disable On-access option. You can find it under: Settings => Protection => Analysis mode

Kardo
