Any official announcement from Eset when this V19 will be out?

No official announcement about when it will be released to regular channel.
Versions 17 and 18 were release to regular channel one week after pre-release launch so I expect it to be released around next Tuesday, October 21st.

For now, it is only:

In other words, just preparation for launch. When VPN will actually be available on Premium is still unclear.

It updated to the new version for me, but I doubt I will use the VPN, mainly because I have no VPN account any where. Also I do not believe that I have a reason to use VPN. But it is nice it is in there now, should I decide differently in the future.

Be patient, or get Ultimate. And Ransomware Remediation for me is not really something im looking out for.

You're right it's on the official site now.
I'm only interested if the VPN is unli and this cleared my doubts.

Not available where I live. That's the heart of the issue.

ESET is locking security features away from certain markets due to this decision.

I think it's also a Country Regulation where usage of a VPN is illegal so companies engaging needs to follow the rules and have law abiding citizens.

AVG ultimate with VPN does not work too in other countries but once outside it works.
Not sure if the same applies to Eset.
