Debotnet is deprected. Sharpapp is the new one

Also looks like nobody know this site:

You're right about Sharpapp, it is indeed the successor of Debotnet which is now a dead project.

Is this program safe to use, and how does it compare to Chris Titus Tech's Windows Utility?
It's basically a set of powershell scripts that turn off Windows telemetry and features. Is it safe? You can revert changes but I've only used it a few times, you will probably bork your system if not careful. Honestly I would just go with OOshutUp since it's updated regularly compared to others, used to use WindowsSpyBlocker for blocking telemetry IP's but haven't used in ages and I think the block list is not maintained or updated anymore.

Blocking telemetry in Windows is like trying to dry clothes in the pouring rain: you can hang them, cover them, even pray… but they still get wet. I agree with @Marko :) and @ForgottenSeer 8519: these anti‑spy apps don’t really save you, they usually leave the system half‑broken, and in the end Microsoft needs some telemetry just to avoid flying blind.
So yes, you can install ShutUp10 and feel like a privacy ninja… but in practice Windows will always know more about you than your own psychologist. 🙃
Windows and telemetry: you turn off the lights, they keep seeing with night vision. 👀

A safer, less-intrusive way to block telemetry is by using a secure DNS.
Does this help?

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but NextDNS is what I use to block telemetry and disable tracking across all my devices.
You have the ability to do it on a router level, network level (per WiFi network) or just on devices itself.
It works very well alongside a VPN.

Yes NextDNS is decent and it supports blocking telemetry from Microsoft, Xiaomi, Apple and other manufacturers.
