it does not matter what program they all still connect , I tried to not allow chrome, spywareblaster and wpd they all connect.
- what color is a Fort's tray icon? (should be green, not gray)
- what is the status of Driver in the "My Fort" window? (should be "Installed")
- is "Filter Enabled" flag turned on?
- is the program's App Group enabled? (e.g. "Main" app group should be enabled)

Try to turn on the "Stop Internet Traffic" - can the program still connect?

I suspect, that you use "Auto-Learn" filter mode and accidentally disabled "Main" app group.
So, rules for the app group are not effective and default action is Allow for Auto-Learn.

Do you have only one app group - "Main"?
Did you set its "time period" for Enabled state?

@blueblackwow65 Did you edit some options in the Options: IP Addresses?

E.g. if you turn on the "Exclude All" for Internet Addresses, then nothing will be filtered (i.e. all programs will be Allowed).

So I'm asking for "C:\ProgramData\Fort Firewall\" folder to check your settings and try to reproduce the bug.
(I'm using "Auto-Learn" mode now, but can't reproduce the bug.)

If you don't want to show some programs, then you can remove them from DB file by SQLiteBrowser:
- "FortFirewall.config" file, "app" table

Actually, I need in 2 files from "C:\ProgramData\Fort Firewall\" folder:
- "FortFirewall.config"
- "FortFirewall.ini"

Hi i uninstalled it 2 days ago after i went offline.
I could try the 3.90 version .
I am using another firewall and it is working so it has to be something with the latest version

I did not touch any settings at all on latest version.
Ok, lets check it from clean install:
- install latest version with default settings
- run the "ping 8.8.8.8" from command line
- "NT Kernel & System" program will be added - Block it
- re-run the `ping` - it should show a "General failure" error messages

If the `ping` still connects, then please check by System Informer: Firewall, which firewall's filter rule allows the `ping`.
