@blueblackwow65 Please install v3.8.2
If it still blocks, then:
- uninstall it
- remove "C:\ProgramData\Fort Firewall\" and "C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Fort Firewall\" folders
- install latest version (v3.8.2 now)

Hi is it normal during upgrade to get a driver install error ,driver already installed ,please uninstall driver to update driver?
Hi. No, it’s not normal.

Can you please show screenshot of the error? Which Windows version, 32/64 bit? Which Fort’s installer, 32/64 bit?

You can try to uninstall it, restart computer and install again.

Is there a backup option for that to keep settings /config?
Not yet.

You can copy folders:
- %ProgramData%/Fort Firewall/
- %LocalAppData%/Fort Firewall/

Backup them after uninstall and replace before installation.

Do not confirm "Delete data & config folders?" on uninstall.
