Advice Request Free Encoder Pack for Foobar2000 false positive?

Virustotal 6 of 69.
I downloaded it from Foobar official site and using it for years. The thing that bothers me most is Virustotal Behaviour tab.
What do you thing, Is it safe?

edit: I scaned my pc with MD, EEK, NPE, MBAM and AdwCleaner - no threats found.

From first glance I do not see anything suspicious. What exactly bothers you about the behaviour tab contents?

For uninformed users like me, Privilege Escalation, Defense Evasion, Clipboard Data sounds scary.
I scaned other reliable apps and results are the same. Seems that is normal behaviour.

You are talking about CAPA. I would ignore that. These do not show actual behavior and depending on the rules that were used these can also be wrong.
