GPU usage spiking when connected to an external display
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
Reinstalling driver, restarting computer
So my computer fans have been making very loud noises recently. So I went into task manager and found this

I did some scans with Kaspersky, NPE and HMP but they all found nothing. This is when i decided to disconnect my external monitor from the laptop, and ....

I tried to reinstall my GPU driver and restarting my computer, but it did not help.

Does anyone know why/have similar experience as me?

I would like to change the active signal mode to full HD as well.
Can I change it again this way? Since it is a Japanese system, please refer to the placement of the setting location.
