Advice Request How do you know if you want an Intel or AMD processor?

Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Review: Business laptop is better with AMD:
From the verdict:
The biggest difference is the performance. Business laptops are still using Intel's Comet-Lake-U chips due to the support for vPro, so neither the CPU, nor the integrated GPUs stand a chance against AMDs new mobile CPUs. You get almost twice the CPU performance and even some gaming is possible on the ThinkPad.

AMD runs well, less pricey then Intel, but... Intel is impressive with the sheer power, which at times AMD lacks overall. (Maybe the tides changing these days)

AMD as said above better security, and probably better specs for the $$ cost. So AMD for the vote. AMD I did vote for here 6 years ago. :)

I like both okay, so it's not an issue either way, I use both AMD and Intel on different machines.
