For these extensions:

• uBlock Origin Lite vs. uBlock Stripped

If I had to bet, I’d say uBlock Origin Lite is the heavier extension.
But I don’t use either extension, so this is just a guess.

For these extensions:

• API Void Script Stop vs. 3P-Matrix-lite

I really don’t know.
You should ask @LinuxFan58 the same test question.

I have no personal interest in using an extension other than the one I already use, since it offers less dynamic filtering than the one I prefer to use.

uBO-Lite cheats a little. When you run the test woth uBOL-filters enabled the block counter blocks like crazy.

With UBO-filters disabled uBO-lite scores on my laptop 20.2 as does AG Mv3 as does uBS in default (see pictures below)

uBlock Stripped with below extra protections enabled in Worry-free mode (also tries to auto-deny cookie consents) scores 20.1
(which is logical considering the extra things it does)

When you compare these extensions on performance (on speed they are all equal) and memory usage (uBOL is best, uBS is a close second and AG Mv3 is third on a distance), you have to take into account what functionality they are offering.

Core adblock functionality

• AdGuard Mv3 - offers 99,9% of the filtering functonality of Mv2 AdGuard also offered to ALL users.
• uBO-Lite - currently offers a subset (although it gradually becomes a full flectched adblocker with scriptlets, cosmetic and procedural filters in UBO-filters) to ALL users.
• uBS - offers nearly everything AG Mv3 offers (except scriptlets requiring trust or scriptlets with parameters which could be abused) and no popup/popunder
  (but it offers ¨alert, confirm, prompt protection against techncal support scams" as an alternative for popup/popunder) but ONLY to 5Eyes & EU+zone users
  
  So in adblock function depth and user width AG Mv3 wins all, uBOL is third in function depth but ex-eaquo first in user width and uBS is second in adblock function depth and third in user width (only for 5Eyes and EU+), but uBS offers below extras:
  - Worry-free safe surfing with really a lot of extra security protections an annoyance prevention (like Ghostery tries to deny cookie consent prompts has anti-adblock and anti-admiral enabled by default).
  - Powertools: Coockie consent clicker (like Consent-O-matic), Dynamic DNR filtering (like uBO-Mv2 dynamic filtering), Privacy Inspector (like JShelter)

AG MV3 likely offers 99.8% of the features provided by uBo.
For example, in the syntax of adGuard rules,including MV2,there is no scriptlet feature identical to “Nostif” in uBo.

Furthermore, ad-Flickers must also be taken into account.
AG MV3 is the heaviest extension; at least on less powerful PCs (like mine), it causes significant ad-Flickering, especially when using hidden filtering via custom rules.

UBlock Stripped - Dynamic Filtering, when compared to a set of MV3 extensions, is the one that performs best in terms of ad-Flickering.

Users of Brave + AdShield-Extra-Power-Tools fare even better.
In this case, ad-Flickers are reduced to 0 because Brave AdShields does not have the limitations of the MV3 extensions.
When using UBlock Stripped - Dynamic Filtering, to put it mathematically, it approaches,depending on the case,the limit of 0.
