Have a look at what's blocked by Comodo Firewall.
I had a lot of Windows exes blocked with Comodo Firewall 7036 and Windows 10 2004.

That's my concern with KSCF v20. The icons appear too slowly, same as WD
Can you check the disk usage cause by Kaspersky after system startup? It's better to check this when you turn on your PC after shutdown. On my system it uses a lot of disks for almost 5 minutes and the system behaves slowly at that time. That's the reason I tend to avoid Kaspersky.Update 03/08/2020
Replaced Windows Defender with Kaspersky Security Cloud Free.
V. 21 looks pretty good, they have improved automatic updates a lot (now the user can set the update interval and the delay after boot up), which was my main concern with V. 20.
Replaced geek uninstaller, Wise Disk Cleaner and Wise Registry Cleaner with HiBit uninstaller

Since you're using Windows Defender it's better to stick to Bandizip for extraction because it keeps MOTW while 7zip doesn't.I have also switched from Bandizip portable to 7zip because it's more intuitive to use
