I cannot run IE 11 , I can only access to Google home page.
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

IE can connect only google page and also If I choose "images" it works well ??!!
Yes I'm using ESET + HMPA + Heimdal Pro with suitable exclusions.
Previously NVT OSA but I have uninstalled it.

It's really interesting... MSN uses http connection which gets blocked...(just to check dcom) go to component services>Computers>My Computer. Then, right click on it select properties & then go to default properties. what's it showing? Btw, you may try to uninstall heimdal temporarily & then retry with IE.

This is by far most awkard situation, I've ever come across:confused:. btw, is this problem only limited to IE or Edge also behaving in this way or other?

Yes also a problem with Edge, when I try to launch it , it closes before reaching the home page.

When I go to "Components Services" and I right click on My Computer I cannot access to "properties" ???
