Same here. Kaspersky site still showing 16.0.0.614 on all their 2016 products but not 16.0.1.445. So I guess the 16.0.1.445 still in beta for further inspection.

No. I was having the same loading problem in Edge also. The culprit is Kaspersky here. No wonder why, they have taken off the installers once again. There are still issues left to fix.
