Did you solve it somehow? It still gives me the Net Framework problem

It's resolved.I sent an error ticket to Kaspersky. They asked for the dotnet folder.The dotnet folder was incorrect. I had to delete elements from it and then the problem was solved.
This was their response:
"According to our developers, the issue arose due to incorrect uninstallation of .NET 5.x
The problem should resolve by removing C:\Program Files (x86)\dotnet\host\fxr\5.0.13 and then restarting the device. "
