I am curious, did you set the UpdateTarget value to 200?In fact, I don't have any of the patches yet, and I've restarted the system twice today

These are upselling pop-ups, How often do you get these? This is why I miss the old version of Bitdefender free, you can stop the promotional pop-ups in settings and Bitdefender never showed anything after that but now the new Bitdefender free is a bloatware like every other Antivirus.
They occur in very rare occasions. Maybe I get one or two once for several weeks or even months. Really not big of an issue. At least for me. For a free product with a great protection, I am really happy to pay the price of seeing some ads once per several weeks/months. If I didn't use Comodo I would probably buy it but not because of the ads but for the Application Manager control.

Reported it here. Probably I should have created a new topic in the Free version section of the forum, but this one was related to my problem (but the error code is different, tho).
Kaspersky Plus, Export failed with error 80000040
My "Kaspersky Plus" was some days ago updated by the app updater to version 21.16.6.467. After that i cant export any settings! Windows 10 Pro with all updates, Language is US. All worked before with the V.:21.15.8.493a Where can i download older version? From the GUI is just report export error,...

Just tried to login to my account on K Forums, and it throws up this error message, saying my account needs to be linked. Okay, so I click the link, and it loads...the same page. I had to create a new account with a different email address just to post this. I've logged in dozens of times before!...

Same here, today I got Patch B directly in my main system 
The problem with exporting the settings is finally resolved. Very weird solution but it worked. No clues when those profiles were added tho.

After a reboot, patch (c) was applied on my system as well:
