hello, im playing this game almost 16years,year by year, is any chance allow video 25% faster building,working only when im shutdown KIS im tried everything,dont know where is problem

You are still using old ZAL + KIS2020?

What did You change in Your KIS? upload exclusions screen-shots...

Do You have also Anti-Banner and Private Browsing modules enabled?

Added: I would stop using ZAL with KIS2020... HitMan.Pro or HitMan.Pro.Alert?

anti-banner yes = tried w/antibanner, didnt work
private browsing yes= tried w/private browsing,didnt work

ZAL is an obsolete product, their development stopped some years ago...

Try lowing WebAV Security to minimum level, apart from keeping the URL exclusions in Anti-Banner, Trusted URL and Private Browsing...
