Recovering an expired license isn't possible and is not usable , also Kaspersky Free has been removed in most regions.

When they 1st started making the change over to the new versions, I called the support phone number to inquire about my options, and a helpful support lady in Canada offered me a "soft release" price to renew with Premium. It was for some incredibly low price ($25.00 - 28.00?) for a 3 device 1 year subscription.

In Egypt, the premium license for 5 devices costs 1250 EGP which equals 25$ (Official Kaspersky MENA website). But many Egyptian websites sell a Kaspersky seat for 90-180 EGP.

It still is. The Latvian has English Version.

As it was exiting the US market KAV could be had on Amazon for $2.99

The bad thing with that was US customers were transitioned automatically to UltraAV from Kaspersky during the exit. There were no user consent, it's like a surprise installation.
