Advice Request KSC Free Scan Mode question

I have an I3 laptop which struggles with Kaspersky. I have changed "Scan Mode" to "On execution" and turned on a daily quick scan (just in case). Is there much difference in protection level if I change this setting?

I think it's enough safe to go

It is safe, but I dont think it will make much difference in system impact considering how efficient Kaspersky caching algorithms are (iChecker and iSwift), unless you are creating many new files everyday.
