Here are the list of Second Opinion Malware Scanners (Latest version)

1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/

I would like to add the following programs:

1: GMER: http://www.gmer.net/
GMER is a niche product and really good in the right hands.

2: NPE (Norton Power Eraser): https://security.symantec.com/nbrt/npe.aspx
You do not have to be a fan of Norton & Symantec products as there is a lot to be said about them both in a positive and a negative way, but for me personally i have seen NPE do scans and act upon them in ways that others cannot do.
And this little tool for me personally is just a must have for a antimalware hunter.

In your list you have Zemana and HerdProtect both are good programs but honestly? there are some products out there notable Panda and Sophos who offer a anti rootkit tool which does a much better job.
The only reason i did not list them because they are already covered by what NPE, TDSSkiller and Mbam can do in terms of detection and removal.

Anyway nice list.

Cheers

Zemana Anti-Malware is HitmanPro re-branded. There's also a re-branded version of Malwarebytes, but I forgot the name.

I don't know if ComboFix is applicable here, but I have used it, and in the right hands it is a very good tool!
Not recomended using it if you don't know what you are doing as it can destroy your PC.

I only use HMP and EEK now. I'd think about ComboFix andG MER if I new I was infected but not as second opinion.

For individual files VT uploader is good.

Interesting only one mentioned CureIt . I remember it used to be a go to app. Then again I am very old and been doing this nonsense for years :). Heck I'm that old I remember when people used Dr. Web in real time o_O

Also no-one for SAS. It used to be as popular as any, how the mighty have fallen.

Cheers

I used CureIT a long time ago, but if compare with Hitman and MBAM, detection lower and it slower than them.
