Looking for a File locker service to store my system backup files for indefinite peri

Hi guys
i am looking for a file locker or similar service where i can store my system backups for an indefinite period of time.

here is what i'd prefer having

1)resumable uploads and downloads (the backups are at least 9GBs each)
2)decent storage space (40-50GB):blush:
3)indefinite content retention, i want my backups to stay on server permanently
4)free

Bittorrent soshareit is a great option for me, but the content retention is only 30 days
