Advice Request Looking for an NTLite Alternative

Hello guys. Looking to install Windows 10 x64 PRO (or 32 bit) on a 9 year old laptop. Core i3 (2cores/4 threads) with 4GB RAM. I'll thus need to strip it of the maximum bloat possible. I'm either looking for an NLite alternative as its a paid app or a stripped ISO. Thanks!

Note: I have my own product key which I will be using.
