It's a good suggestion and I might do that. But if I remember correctly, even if I don't use a DNS related policy, it becomes uneditable once any Edge policy is enabled and also the startup page image or maybe it was the location and temperature value in the start page that goes away if you enable policies. This recommended browser settings popup shows up once or twice a month so hasn't bothered me too much. I was just surprised that they made it bigger as if the previous one wasn't naggable enough.

No, they don't break. I see them and they work fine.
I enable it system-wide in Windows.
