Changed open program sound - and also changed around mouse settings/cursor and scroll wheel speed.

Fixed the issue - it removed everything besides the furry wallpaper that they put on my pc lmao.

This was 100% a security breach. A user* was provided full access to their system, and allowed to modify system settings.
