The updated portable version is now 4.0.4.1, and our 4.0.3, within Sandboxie, was not able to "..sit the Iron Throne" (permit viewing "Game of Thrones" on HBOgo.com) so this latest may prove to be the version worthy of bringing forth 'The Seven Kingdoms of Westeros' from beyond the wall & into our living room!

Correction:
I found the version I'd posted above is actually 4.0.6, ..hooray!! I'm liking it.
..and Oops! Sometimes printed listings may not always keep up with the latest numbers just like the latest news or the accuracy of speedometers!!
