The notifications are kind of wonky for this in both home and business versions. Check your sent files logs to see if anything has been sent.
Just done but I did not see any notification and when I look at ESET logfiles, the logfile of files sent to ESET is empty

That looks quite cool!
It seems that this BAFS site will be retired soon... ; why ?In general the best way to test this feature is to run software or a software update that is yet unknown to the ESET database. It's comparable to the Block At First Sight feature of Microsoft Defender.
Here a test file that you can run to check if LiveGuard is analysing it. It's a safe test file from Microsoft so don't worry.
Microsoft account is required to download tho...
No idea either. They planned to shut it down in march originally if I remember correctly. At least some more months.
Because it's not working.Just done but I did not see any notification and when I look at ESET logfiles, the logfile of files sent to ESET is empty

Marcos from ESET: "lease check if the issue with the delay in sending files to LiveGuard persists after switching to the pre-release channel in the advanced update setup."
Thanks @Andrew3000 for the informationBy putting on the pre-release, the problem seems to be solved.
Marcos from ESET answered my question about pre-release updte channel:Thanks @Andrew3000 for the information
I will try it but I have an important question; I wondering if "pre-release" updates are dangerous/risqky for the stability of ESET SSP ?
You can read more about it here. What security features does "Smart Security Premium" have that "Internet Security" doesn't have, and is it worth it? I see that the ESET website is talking about a feature called "LiveGuard", what does it do and how good is it?
Basically the same as the "Block At First Sight" feature in Microsoft DefenderWhat security features does "Smart Security Premium" have that "Internet Security" doesn't have, and is it worth it?
