Advice Request O&O ShutUp10: One setting keeps getting reset automatically?

Here are the registry changes O&O Shutup10 version 1.8.1420 made when turning on “Disable Telemetry”

Changed from 0x00000001 = Enabled/Normal to 0x00000000 = Disabled/Ignore

Changed from 0x00000002 = Automatic to 0x00000004 = Disabled

Changed from 0x00000003 = Manual to 0x00000004 = Disabled

Not that I will use it at this time, ( I have a good computer IMHO. :) ) but looking at the video that program is much more useful. So who knows, I might try it out some time in the future, I definitely bookmarked the github page of Winslap.
