No, it's not. I tried rebooting several times with no luck, then one day the "f" patch appeared.

I think that Kaspersky uses the "phased rollout method" such as Windows 10, Microsoft Edge etc.

I have been testing on this more than a dozen times after obtaining the Patch in the database update and the Patch got implemented ONLY after proceeding with a reboot.

Probably pausing Protection and/or exiting Kaspersky in W10 before upgrading to W11 will do the trick also
