I'm not sure about "fast startup" but maybe it is the explanation of this so long delay for getting this patch f
No, it's not. I tried rebooting several times with no luck, then one day the "f" patch appeared.
I think that Kaspersky uses the "phased rollout method" such as Windows 10, Microsoft Edge etc.
