Routers block inbound connections , the outbound ones is still a software firewall job (Win7 firewall).

True true. Still I thought that the advanced firewall that Comodo has it would do the job.

Biozfear's Xbox has an issue with it.

Xbox issue has been resolved but main reason I dont use a firewall on this pc is because of the games. Even on Windows 7 firewall, both Aion and C9 have problems in fully connecting to the patch servers, and have a rather lag free. AION servers are located in Germany if memory serves me right. Not entirely sure.

Aside from being a long time user of ESET, only reason I drifted away from CIS was due to an issue with my Xbox, which eventually it was fixed by replacing the wireless adapter of the xbox. Also, I was looking for something light (but in no way will use asc with av:p)

Im sure in CIS you can tweak the firewall rules and ports to allow full connection to your game's servers

Yeah I can but too much hassle.

For now CAV with D+ is enough.

Still need to do one thing which is what chiron's guide describes (protection against a specific type of infection, but I still need to know what exactly he means by getting more alerts/popups)

ah the \device\KsecDD item? many soft modifies this entry so , he assume you will get more alerts, but honestly i don't get anymore alerts than usual, in fact i have very few alerts :D

WSA is quite a good soft. When you understand how it works, you can't be disappointed.

What's included in Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus, and the features that you use of their product?

Although after quite some time of testing, I went Comodo AV route with D+, there has been an issue with loading up the system since Comodo sort of hangs when the last process of my laptop loads (Intel Turbo Boos). Since this was apparently an issue, I have removed the Real Time Main AV for now and will later on post on Comodo Forums. Probably go back to ESET until this is fixed.

Some of the dells one I actually use it believe it or not.

Also, Intel Turbo boost is not from dell but can be found on most if not all i7's QMs.

Will need to later on post exactly the steps in comodo forum. will take me awhile since I aint at home

did you put the process on AV's exclusions and trusted it on D+? also try to uncheck "scan memory on start" from CAV RT

Those steps were the first thing I did when installed CAV.
