I see duplicates in your config:
1- BDIS + Adv. System Care Ultimate ?! why 2 times the same engine?
2- BDIS has already an improved version of Trafficlight, no?

Umbra is right. ASC w/AV uses BD engine. Unless you are using it for removal. If that is the case, you have Emsisoft Anti-Malware for much better removal results or even Emsisoft Emergency Kit (if you only rely on On Demand method).
However in terms of BDIS, last time I tried for some reason I couldn't see the Traffic Light, tho the installation itself was buggy to say the least.

Are you by any chance using Dartium with Dart VM?
If I recall correctly, Dartium is a technical preview that requires you to download its binaries every now and again to continue to use Dartium, unless things changed.

well there's no desktop icon for it only on start menu and task bar yes there are 2 other zip files byt this zip has everything you need and i have been running this browser for weeks now without problems just a few crashes thu but its not my primary browser waterfox is oh i didnt know that advanced uses BT engine so what secondary or companion can i use with BT

BD (Bit Defender) not BT
unless you are paranoid like me, you don't need a companion alongside BDIS; if you are, i suggest Webroot or Kingsoft

turn off all your security apps and addons, and see if the issues are still there.

honestly, BDIS & WSA has both a web filter so Trafficlight is not necessary at all.

Why BDIS and EAM? i see no point to have 2 times BD engine, unless you need the BB of EAM (in that case, you can use Mamutu instead)

EAM isnt the paid version it goes back to an on the demand scanner in a few days i guess i dont need it i got BT
