Advice Request Remote Desktop Access Tools

Hi guys,
I am looking for suggestions regarding remote desktop tools, so far I have been using Teamviewer and Anydesk for the most part.
No big problems with any of these, maybe Anydesk who sometimes drops the connection and is impossible to reconnect.

I am looking for the easiest way for a client to receive my help, I just want to send him/her a link to download a file and execute, no installs and setups, just a portable file for the client to run.
A bonus would be if the software is free of course, but not necessary, the ease of use is key here.

For many years I've used TeamViewer (still using with some costumers), but since 2 years ago I'm moving to AnyDesk, no connection issues here and lighter than TV here...

@Thales Teamviewer is only "Free for private, non-commercial use" and since the threadstarter mentioned a client it may not be.

Be aware that "Fake Tech Support" scammers abuse these types of remote access tools, and it's possible that security software may flag the software as PUA/PUP.

Example: See last post - AnyDesk false positive

I have never had any issues with AnyDesk, nor detected as PUP/PUA...

Thx for the input guys, the ISL Light features and setup seems to be what I look for.
Does anyone know of similar software, maybe cheaper or free, as I need to keep the costs down on all things when starting this up?

Was not that teh software which had a backdoor which allowed Microsoft and US Atomic Energy agency to be hacked?

The breach was for the Orion product. I don't believe the the file used (a dll file) in the hack exists in mini.
