remove ads from video and browser redirection

Hello,
I uninstalled again chrome because the situation had deteriorated over time, ads by video touch were everywhere.
in addition to "http://ad-re...." also it appeared "http://yxo.red..."
in order I have deleted all the navigation data and history from chrome, I uninstalled chrome, I have deleted% LOCALAPPDATA% \ folder google, I started zoek with

createsrpoint;
autoclean;
chrdefaults;
emptyalltemp;
ipconfig /flushdns >>"%temp%\log.txt";b

and finally reinstalled chrome.

NB Strangely I could not uninstall immediately chrom from the control panel, I had to first rename the file chrome.exe and then I was able to uninstall from the control panel.
during the procedure the confirmation dialog did not appear, is it ok?

The folder was created about when issues began
In the folder there are scripts for Chrome.

Are they safe?

You should delete Chrome folder after uninstall.
