Lately, I no longer receive any MalwareTips email notifications for posts in watched threads.
Do any other members have the same issue?
I don't know if MalwareTips no longer sends email notifications for posts in watched threads, or whether MalwareTips email is on some mail blacklist somehow and my mail provider blocks MalwareTips emails right at the door. I mean, the MalwareTips email notifications are not filtered to the spambox but are not received at all.

What email provider? I can imagine some AI algorithm blocking it before even reaching the inbox, merely because of the name malware in it. Try to change the email temporarily.

Protonmail works for me, but I am email subscribed to only a few threads.

It's a small Dutch provider. I know they use blacklists to block malware and spam right at the door.
It would be rather stupid if MalwareTips made it to a blacklist recently only because of the word malware in it. I guess I must ask my mail provider.
Changing the email temporarily is not really an option, as I use only one email provider. For now, the alerts in the MalwareTips menu bar suffice.

I was told to make a request here.

The forum software that MalwareTips is running on may support passkeys now. It would be nice to have this turned on.

For users, logging in is fast and convenient, and it also serves as the monthly 2FA verification, which can be used in place of the TOTP code or the recently troubled email OTP. It's anti-phishing. It can be very safe on a security key and probably still safe as part of Windows Hello.

It seems that it is the way, the progress is going.

Emails by ISP providers are the worst, you can forward emails from a normal email to yours. I bottleneck emails into one, thus they go through several filters and my main email remains a secret.

"The startup is using real-time AI agents that inspect, analyze, and neutralize email threats."
Yeah, I thought about something like that too. I wouldn't rule out that the MalwareTips email notifications were blacklisted by some idiot AI.
I asked my email provider if they could check the blacklists and/or logs.

Yes, it was originally meant to be just a temporary theme, but if you’d like, we can definitely keep it. 🙂

Doing now a temporary black style. Bugs may be present sorry
Yeah. I love it. Just maybe remove the online indicator pulse (not sure how much control you have over the theme). It could be distracting.

After the latest update, you can set up Passkeys from your account under Password and Security.
Passkeys let you sign in using your device’s built-in authentication (like fingerprint, face ID, or PIN) instead of a password, making login both faster and more secure.

There are other new features included in this update, which I’ll announce soon — but since Passkeys were a community request, we wanted to highlight this first.

Maybe consider adding a very quick pop animation for the modals like reactions and so on. I love the blur, however content gets deblurred only when the modal fully disappears. A quick pop in/out, simultaneously with the blur/deblur will create a very elegant feeling for the modals.

Congrats for the new look; it is amazing; one small defect, notifications, messages, and search icons are barely visible.
