It seems to me that notifications are all turned off.
But the pop-up at the bottom is still there.

I think I'll have to block the pop-up.
Interesting, with uBoL it is more difficult than with AG/uBO to completely remove the pop-up.
But it is feasible.

When you disable it, you will get a second bar with options, choose "Never ask again".
@lokamoka820 is correct. Additionally, the push notification popup resets when the user signs out of MT, clears cookies, etc. on a 'per device' basis, regardless of the setting in your account. The solution is to remain signed in and not clearing cookies.
I have set Firefox to clear all cookies on close, except MT cookies.

It is interesting to note that with uBoL, three manual steps are required to block pop-ups.

I had that issue a couple of weeks ago when logging in for a while, it was resolved shortly after??
@Jack - are security configurations no longer going to be linked with users' avatar, etc. in posts? Is it because security configurations are not actively posted as much as in the past? 
hey any way to remove a sloppy-finger unintended "Like" to a post, I do not see how to do that...
Yes tap the like again it will remove it.
Unless it became hidden in that time? I've had posts I wanted to Like that didn't show those options. Maybe simmer liked it, but now it's not showing at all to unlike it?
This seems to be a glitch in the forum software that still needs refined as it should show at all times and have the ability to like or unlike a post.
Yep, and I'm not saying for sure it's what's going on in simmer's case, but I and others have run into that glitch for about the last month or so.
I've been seeing it also not constantly but randomly.
Whenever I uncheck "Stay logged in" checkbox at the login prompt it becomes checked again when login fails due to entering wrong pass. Is it possible to remember the state of this checkbox (checked or unchecked) to avoid having it to uncheck again after entering wrong pass every time?
Change the theme and you'll get it back, I did this trick, and it works, but you have to change from geometric to default and vice versa, not from dark to light.
OK, this is not the first time I notice this, and there are reasons at times with post count not going up. (Like under Community.) This morning my post count was 992/993, now it is 991? So suddenly 1 or 2 posts are gone, and my post count lowered. I know posts in community do not count, but I do know that it was slightly higher this morning. It is not the amount that makes me make this post, but curiosity.
And as I mentioned before, this is not the first time I noticed my post count was suddenly lower. I get that at times a clean up needs to be done, but that cleaning up also lowers a persons post count by who knows how many is not fair in my opinion.
