Advice Request SmartScreen malfunction

I suspect SAC has faced malfunction with SS; a while ago,

SAC does not use SS for blocking files with MotW. It does not check the reputation, but simply blocks them.

I know, but I have noticed both had dysfunction nearly at the same point of time.

I had this same problem 2 days ago. It appeared after i added hagezi multi full filter to adguard. After removing the filter from adguard problem got solved

But Hagezi multi filter is good; it will be a loss to stop using.
Is Oisd big causing the same conflict?
