I installed and uninstalled WiseVector without any troubles. I think you should check your HC and SH settings.

@stefanos does not use H_C, but WiseVector can have some problems with advanced WD settings. Does WD see it as the full AV?

It does not register in WSC yet. They are working on it, they say. I had to disable Exploit Protection for Edge Dev or I got an error message. Edge opened but it required multiple attempts. WV is strong and ligwteight but buggy at present.

viseVector installed alone without any program. And windows security center was deactivated

It was probably deactivated not by WiseVector, but by ConfigureDefender MAX Protection Level (look at the last ConfigureDefender setting).

I had it deactivated by the registry. Before wiseVector I didn't have to my system ConfigureDefenderIt was probably deactivated not by WiseVector, but by ConfigureDefender MAX Protection Level (look at the last ConfigureDefender setting).

Anyway wiseVector have top protection and performance . But have many many problems. Ok is new product is normaly. But if the wiseVector team fix the problems it will be one of the best security programs

@stefanos, great job testing so many softwares. Can I ask what is your opinion of the best a-v protection for the last 3 years? I am using KSC on one PC and Forticlient on others, but hopes may be high for Avira with web protection. Webroot sounds better than I believed...
Really thankyou for all this hard work. I hope 360 TS can bounce back signatures and also improve BB and web protection too. Program improvements are slow to happen it seems for the last 2-3 years. Mostly just bug fixes I think maybe you mentioned this to me before in a thread? Oh well, hopes for better...

AtlBo thanks my friend. I live alone in Belgium and in my free time i will have possibility to tested many softwares , and always free antivirus. Since I'm on the best forum ΜΤ and I've learned a lot about for the protection all the years , I'm also trying to help the forum a little on my part. Certainly some members disagree with my comments and results. And one negative is my very bad English and many times I can't explain exactly what I want But I am the only one trying everything on a clean system. I do up to 2 to 3 clean installations a week . For me the best free antivirus is Kaspersky free and Avast free or AVG free. Very close to these products is the windows defender with AndyFul/ConfigureDefender . Microsoft will must have to thanks many Andy Ful for this great program. Personal opinion about my system , because my choice is to keep my system as light as possible is Avast free AVG free tweaked from Evjl's Rain . I really liked Avira free because have very good signatures and is very light on system. With syshardener the protection is good enough. And the best combo for my system is 360TS with voodooshieid (almost impossible to see infection in your system) and light, and Comodo firewall with immunet . Webroot is a joke. It's the weakest of all I've tried. Forticlient heavy enough for the protection it offers. And I'm not a fan of web filters. I prefer a good extension.

WiseVector you installed on the last Saturday, on the 31th August. You installed after WiseVector long time after Andy full HC and Run-By-Smartscreen and Configure Defender. The same for SH that you installed on the 23/08 and reinstalled with Run-By-Smartscreen.
Your troubles with WV could be linked to your HC settings either SH either Run-By-Smartscreen either ConfigureDefender.
