Do I need these at start-up?

The first one is Intel and the second one is Acer Docs, but it has Microsoft Processes within it.

that is totally your choice , if it where me I would turn them of , gaining more speed and less startup items. it all depends , on how much you use the programs ;)
What I meant was do I need them at start-up?

Acer Docs, is more on the sync of documents on their server if I'm not mistaken. You may disable this if you are not using regularly.

Meanwhile Intel Security Assistant may also be an optional but good for reminders when a hardware may fail on certain time.

Adguard does it job perfectly fine. Ublock still has issues rendering some pages and that's when occasionally there are spikes. Although ublock has some more bells and whistles compared to adguard extension I much prefer the stable adguard. If need to switch for any reason then abp again. Everyone recommends ublock but it is over rated in my opinion and experience with such extension
