Are the videos geo-restricted? I can't see them even after putting the site on whitelist.Can somebody help me how to play the video from this local news site?
I have the following (not recommended any more) allow rules:
Fotograaf Eddy Posthuma de Boer (89) beoefent nog steeds zijn passie: 'Ik kan het niet laten'
'Ik mag dan niet meer de jongste zijn, fotograferen doe ik nog steeds. Ik kan het niet laten.' Fotograaf Eddy Posthuma de Boer is inmiddels 89 jaar oud, maar van binnen wakkert zijn passie nog even hard als vroeger. The first one is for the cookie banner
The second one enables the videos.
I need them both.
With noop I don't see the videos and therefore can't play them.

Scratch that. My I don't care about cookies extension blocked the cookies notice. Do you also use this extension or perhaps filter lists with similar functionality?

I can't seem to get this site figure out, tried all i know still no go, videos acting strange on this page, my be I'm missing something.

Ok, got it. With hard mode enabled, you need to noop these at least to make the site function properly including video playbacks.

OK, on this site I could not get it to display the pictures in FF with uBO hard mode.

I can't stress enough that temporarily noop-ing all type-based blocking rules (e.g 3rd-party, 3rd-party scripts, etc) is a great approach to learn unbreaking sites in advanced blocking mode. And don't forget that logger is exist. Use it if you have to!

Here, the videos don't play even if I disable uBO. Looks more like an issue of the website than adblockers.Thanks

Nice those local news sites
For me, the issue is solved by allowing consensu.org and faktor.io.
I was just wondering if there was another option because Raymond Hill now discourages allowing.

Actually, he has always discouraged using Allow option and now regrets building it into µBO.

But sometimes it's needed.
So, for me the current option of enabling it only after pressing ctrl two times is great.

Idk if there's any better solution but try to add the following exceptions to "My Rules".
