Advice Request Unable to view reddit.com posts from mobile browser

Most subreddits are blocked from the mobile browser when using an EU-based server VPN connection.

This community is available in the app.

Additionally when using the US or UK VPN connection servers, you are unable to view comment replies without Logging in or using the Reddit App.

What's the best way to view Reddit, without an account or app?

I use only the Reddit website on Desktop and Mobile with same account.

It doesn't compromise your phone but your data you post.
So if none personal data is shared, it's still fine.
But yes you're right, Reddit isn't privacy friendly.

Aren't apps like Apollo or Sync for Reddit better for privacy on phones ? I would use a dedicated browser, with separate profile or containers extension "only for social media" sites on Desktop with delete everything on exit .

Apps are increasing attack surface compared to use website. Also modern websites support PWA which move the site into a app liked UI without any installation.
Websites are isolated in modern browser so they can't do damage and modern browser are sandboxed so sites can't escape.

These apps may be more private then official Reddit apps but behind official.

On desktop using profiles is of course a good way for better isolation but on mobile isn't comfortable.
