Like Ichiro Itano, Yoshinori Kaneda influenced the animation artists of the 1980s with his characteristic broken compositions, the movement of the characters, and the glow of the light rays.

I think that the movement expressed by such a broken depiction is the opposite of the recent depiction by CG.
