If the video stays very tiny and can't be expanded, the footage is at :18 to around :22. It looks pretty good on the outside considering the extent of the fire. Since I had errands, I went there this morning to see the aftermath--had to take a train as this richy-rich area is pretty far away. Hopefully, the building can be saved.
