So far this is the best winter I can ever remember, above average temps and very little snow. I can even still see grass on parts of my lawn, last year would have been covered with 60 cm of snow. Just starting to get chilly now.

4c west of Scotland, overnight -1c not had any overly cold nights this winter no double digit minus yet, it probably a good thing my house due to the construction type and age it got the thermal properties of wet toilet paper

Where I live, we have hit the coldest daytime temperatures since 1968
December was amazing. We had hardly any snowfall and hardly any snow on the ground, with lots of sunshine and daytime temperatures reaching well above zero every day of the month. It was apparently the warmest December in recorded history in the region.
